Available Cues  We usually have several cues available for sale directly from pfd Studios at any time, as well as from our dealers. We'd love to discuss pricing and customization of these cues to your personal requirements. Please contact us for further information. (Make sure to include the number of cue you are interested in.)
Payment   Payment in full for currently available cues is due with the order. A deposit of 25% is required for custom-order cues, with the balance due on delivery. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied for other goods and services at the discretion of Pfd Studios.
Payment methods   We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Check, Paypal (upon approval), and Bank wire transfer

Purchase Guarantee  Satisfaction is guaranteed on entry level cues, which may be returned in original condition for a full refund (less shipping expenses) for any reason if the buyer is not satisfied.

Custom orders are handled on a cue-by-cue basis.*
Warranty Workmanship and materials are guaranteed, providing there is no abuse.
